Umikirei isn't particularly excited about being a princess. It's a living, but it's kind of boring. She'd much rather be a sorceress and travel around the world going on quests and things like that. Unfortunately, Umikirei's worldview is mostly based on reading cheap fantasy novels, or her world's equivalent. Because of this, she can be really naive and silly at times.
Umikirei is actually a legitimate (if somewhat clueless) sorceress. Since she's a princess, she's had a good education which included a few magic lessons. Her spells call upon the powers of the four elements--air, water, fire, and earth. Umikirei is best at water-based spells, but she can do a few air- and fire-based spells. She can't do earth spells, though.
